Last updated: October 3, 2026 · These terms apply to lawn care, artificial turf, and other outdoor-services businesses ("Pros", "you") using MeasureLawn Pro, including under the MeasureTurf name. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and include how you must handle customer data (section 4) — all accepted together when you create your account. There is no separate document to sign.
The short version: leads from the widget on your website or your quote link are yours alone — we never resell them. Homeowners who measure directly on measurelawn.com are part of our network and may be referred to one or more pros. We may use property measurement data to improve our products, but we never sell your customers' contact details to anyone else. Prices shown to homeowners are estimates. You can cancel anytime; we may change plan prices or lead fees with at least 30 days' notice by email.
These terms are an agreement between your business and MeasureLawn LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("MeasureLawn", "we", "us" or "our"). MeasureLawn Pro and MeasureTurf are services operated by MeasureLawn LLC. MeasureLawn LLC is the contracting party providing these services, including the data-handling commitments in these terms and our Privacy Policy.
MeasureLawn Pro gives your business: a property measurement and quoting tool; an embeddable instant-quote widget for your own website and a hosted quote page (your shareable link); a lead inbox with email notifications; a record of the quotes you've sent and the instant estimates shown at your prices; and, on plans that include marketplace access, referrals of homeowners from the MeasureLawn marketplace in your service area.
MeasureLawn Pro is a lead-generation and quoting service only. It is not a CRM, scheduling, invoicing, payment-processing, or business-management system, and you remain responsible for managing your customers, jobs, and billing in your own tools once a lead is delivered.
Jobber connection (beta). Some accounts can connect a Jobber account. If you connect one, you authorize us to add each request a homeowner sends from your widget or quote link, and each marketplace lead you claim, to your Jobber account as a client, property and work request with notes, using a few custom fields we add to your Jobber account for the measurements. If the homeowner is already a client in your Jobber, we add the request and note to that client (and add the property if it's a new address) and fill in our custom fields on it, instead of creating a duplicate. We also edit the requests, properties and custom fields we added when a lead's details are corrected. We don't delete records in your Jobber account. To do this we store the access tokens Jobber issues for your account. Syncing is best-effort: if Jobber is unavailable, the lead still reaches your MeasureLawn inbox but may not appear in Jobber. The records we create in Jobber are yours to manage there. You can disconnect at any time in Settings; we then stop syncing and delete the stored tokens, and records already created in Jobber stay there (Jobber hides the custom fields our app added while it's disconnected and shows them again if you reconnect). The beta may change or end.
You set and are responsible for your own pricing rules (such as base price, area rate, and minimum charge per service). Quotes shown to homeowners are always labeled as estimates based on the measured area — the final price is yours to confirm. You're responsible for honoring reasonable estimates your rules produce, or promptly contacting the customer where a property needs a different price.
Changing a quote you've already sent. You can amend a quote after sending it — the lines, the total, the notes, the customer's email address, or how long it stays open. An amended quote replaces the original at the same link: your customer is not sent a second quote, and if they open that link again they see the amended version. When you choose to email an amendment, we tell them plainly that it replaces the earlier one. You remain responsible for honoring what your customer reasonably relied on, and we recommend contacting them directly where a price has changed materially. You can also void a quote your customer hasn't accepted, which stops the link working so it can no longer be accepted. A quote your customer has already accepted cannot be amended.
The widget and your hosted quote page carry your company name, logo, and colors. A small "Powered by" notice (naming MeasureLawn.com, or MeasureTurf.com for turf accounts) remains visible on the widget and quote page and may not be removed or obscured.
Don't misuse the service: no scraping or bulk-measuring beyond normal quoting use, no reselling access, no embedding the widget on domains you haven't listed, no misleading homeowners about who will contact them, and no unlawful marketing to leads (comply with CAN-SPAM/TCPA for any follow-up marketing).
Refund policy abuse. The automatic refund (section 2) exists so a bad lead never costs you money — not as a way to work leads for free. Requesting refunds on leads you reached and quoted, or won, or refunding a large share of the leads you claim, is abuse of the policy. We apply reasonable automated thresholds in good faith: requests beyond them are reviewed by a person (within 48 hours) rather than refunded instantly, and repeated abuse can mean losing instant refunds, marketplace access, or the account (section 8). Working a lead and refunding it doesn't cancel your obligations to the homeowner or ours to them.
You can close your account at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, misuse leads, or create risk for homeowners or the platform — where practical we'll warn you first. On termination, unpaid lead fees remain due, your widget and quote link stop working, and your data-deletion obligations under section 4 apply. Deleting your account cancels any subscription straight away (if you want to keep your paid plan until the end of the billing period, cancel your plan in Settings and wait until the period has ended before deleting your account), switches off your page and widget, and disconnects Jobber. We keep your business record — your company and contact details, quotes, lead history, invoices and account change log — for billing, refunds and our records.
Measurements are computed from aerial imagery and homeowner input and are approximate; the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or measurement precision. We are not a party to any contract between you and a homeowner. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeasureLawn LLC's total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we post the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use MeasureLawn Pro after an update means you accept the updated terms; if you don't agree, you can close your account. Price changes are separate: they get at least 30 days' notice by email, as set out in section 2.
